The First Public Contemporary Sculpture Park in Ukraine and Eastern Europe (Strilky, Lviv Region, from 2020)

A large-scale institutional and philanthropic infrastructure project. Port of Culture developed the concept, exposition strategy, and visual identity of the open-air park — a long-term initiative for the development of Ukraine's artistic community. Curated by Kateryna Taylor.

Key results:

• Infrastructure scale: Exposition solutions across 16 hectares, featuring over 40 large-scale works by leading Ukrainian artists — including the 8-metre sculpture "Ear" by Oleksiy Zolotarev, and works by Nazar Bilyk, Zhanna Kadyrova, and Anton Logov.
• Successful launch (Open Call): 107 applications from 14 regions processed during the Sculpture Camp residency, resulting in 45 conceptual sketches for the park. Over 500 distinguished guests and cultural figures attended the official opening.
• Tourism and visitor KPIs: A unique tourist destination created 35 km from Lviv — hundreds of thousands of visitors recorded over 4+ years, with over 1,000 guided tours conducted in the first year alone.
• International partnership: Strategic alliance established with Yorkshire Sculpture Park (UK) — one of Europe's largest and most respected sculpture centres — with its leading curator Helen Pheby joining the park's expert council.
