Promo Exhibition for the "Khartia" Brigade
Interactive Touring Exhibition of the Modern Ukrainian Military
A unique military-technological project of three-dimensional storytelling, developed and executed by the Port of Culture agency for the 13th Operational Assignment Brigade of the National Guard of Ukraine "Khartia", in partnership with JSC Ukrzaliznytsia. Curated by Kateryna Taylor.
The team delivered a full-cycle "turnkey" product: from conceptualizing an immersive 200 sq. m space to logistics, interactive production, and comprehensive media support. The exhibition immersed visitors into the reality of Ukraine's most tech-driven brigade through an authentic headquarters built from ammunition crates, personal stories of defenders, and 4 innovative zones (live drone simulators, a robotic dog, drone mockups, and a 3D digital combat planning table).
Key Project Results:
- Two-Stage Large-Scale Tour: Organized a roadshow of innovative mobile transforming stands across 10+ cities in Ukraine, followed by a one-month permanent exhibition at the country’s main transport hub — Kyiv Central Railway Station.
- High Foot Traffic and Engagement: The interactive space attracted over 50,000 visitors, including official delegations from 3 foreign countries.
- Direct Recruitment Impact: The project successfully challenged outdated stereotypes about the army, showcased technology-driven career paths within the military, and boosted inbound recruitment applications for the brigade.
- Media Resonance (KPIs): Generated 4,631,886 media and online impressions, securing 8 prominent TV & radio broadcasts and over 50 features in leading international and national media outlets.
